How useful injection order

I am a younger child of my father who got mentaldissorder inhis 35 year age and i hvae 3 uncle younger than my father. we r having property of my grandfather around 11 acres and due to my father mental dissorder my uncles are divided our propety into 3 equal parts and they didn't given single acre also to us. now my father also left now we asked them for dividing of our property into 4 equal halfs,now My uncles said that we can't makeit because we have veelunama(Testament)and they didnot showing that 2 us in this case injection order may useful to us or not? please letme give answer?
