Hi,
i have resign from my existing company in 2013 also company is in financial crises and not deposit the PF to government since 2012.now we want to withdraw the PF amount from my account but their is not employee left in company.
can anybody guide me how i can withdraw it and after withdrawing amount how to recover the amount which was not been deposited by the company.

All affected employees may join hands and unite.
Visit RPFC in nearest PF office and submit a representation under proper acknowledgment, with a copy to Addl CPFC in the state,CPFC.
The employer has to deposit PF even if he is in crisis.
The concerned PF office shall initiate recovery proceedings.

we had tried by going legal action many case has been opened against company .even i had given written complain but non of effect.please advice other option where we will recover our PF money.
