How to transfer a civil case from sub court to pdj ?

hi friends

Can a civil case filed in a district sub court transfered to PDJ court of the same district ?

Note: The suit filed in the sub court is valued at 3 lacks,the juridiction value of sub court is upto 5 lacks only,

the PDJ cort juridiction is above 5 lacks.
