how to take possession of property return if any other person take possession unlawful and forcefully

makaan maalik ne forcefully possession liya hai to kya kare kaise possession vapas milega aur is property pe suit chalu hai aur meri favor me court ne stay order diya hai so now what i do ?

If there is stay order of court in your favour, you can file case against house owner for contempt of court. You can even go to the police and show them the stay order. If the police does not act, you can file writ of mandamus in High Court.
