I bought a flat at Mira road in last year. at that time society is planning for one more water connection via boarwell. They successfully able to find the water source in our society premieres. They did water connection to every flats in society. But while making all arrangement they fix the water tank on my flat without informing me and now a days I observed as due to the water tank it’s a leakage in my bedroom. now a day’s even it's a not a rainy season but still due to water overflow it's delivered leakage in my flat.
I given a complaint in society office but they are list bother to check the issue and not allowing to change the water tank location.
1) 1) Is there any other way, where I can launch a complaint for society behavior?
2) 2) Can I ask for repairing charges for my damage flat from society.?
