How to Remove one extra letter of my name in SSC Certificate

Dear Experts I completed my SSC in the year 1996-97. My name is SATHEESH CHARY KASOJU in all documents. But it was miss spelt in SSC marks sheet as SATHEESH ACHARY KASOJU Means letter 'A' extra added in front CHARY please help me out. I have to apply for Passport immediately because I have a job in Qatar. Thank you

You have to approach the Board of Secondary Education (Director of Government Examinations)  through the school for correction.  The Head Master of the school will certify the correction and forward it to the Board.  If you belong to AP, enquire with the Board whether any fee is to be paid and also confirm about the procedure for correction at the following address:
