How to remove co-applicant name from house agreement

Hi,

This s Deepika Here can you  suggest me what to do to remove co-applicant name from flat property.

We have flat in mumbai My Husband is Application And My Mother in law is  Co-applicant we want to remove My Mother in law name from flat agreement because i dnt want that my Sister in law should stand for that property after her as that flat has been purchase by me and my Husband.
