How to register under Copyright Act

Hi 

My company runs a website. We produce research reports and publish it on our website and distribute it to our subsribers by emails. New research reports are prepared  on daily basis and is made available on  webiste. 

Can we register all the content of my website under the Copyright Act? 

Please tell me procedure and costs involved?

Yes, you can get registration of content of your website under copyright act... It will be categorize in literary work. you have to obtain a No objection certificate from the author (in case you are not the author) of the work and make an application on form 1 and submit it in copyright office...

Can any one tell the procedure and the approximate cost involved, as I have take this issue to my superiors. Please note we are based at Mumbai.

Applications for copyright are filed in New Delhi. The documentation includes a Power of attorney and 3 copies of  CD of your entire website.
