How to prove my innocence in 498a, dv & 125 cases

498a, DV and 125 cases are running against me & my family, in 498a all most 1.5 years has passed but still CS has not filled, I’ve taken the regular bail from District court while DV & 125 cases are also running simultaneously on same cause of action as mentioned in 498a, in very slow speed...

All charges are false, fabricated & I have some evidences to prove our innocence like

1) Initially she has filled the complaint in u/s 156(3) in which court has forwarded the case to mediation where after 3 meetings compromise was done and signed by both parties and mediators, and we started living separately in a rented accommodation where after 3 months she fought with me & taken back all her belongings along with my 2 yr. daughter and again filled same old complaint and registered FIR on same old cause of action in which compromised was done. Even DV & 125 cases are also based on same old complaint.

2) In her complaint, she has not mentioned about mediation centre compromise & her desertion of matrimonial home.

3) I've filled the complaint of her threat & desertion to police station in same day.

4) I've the recording in which she has clearly admitted that she has filled the false cases.

5) In second recording her father has also admitted that they've filled the false cases to teach us a lesson.

In both DV & 125, I had filled the perjury u/s 340 and discharge u/s 239 in DV case.... Now waiting for next hearing for court view.

Now in above situation what should i do to save my self from harassment as every 15 / 20 days I’ve to go Kanpur from Delhi for court hearing.

Now there is no chance of cohabitation, should I file divorce on ground of cruelty & desertion? or wait....

On basis of above evidence can I file any case in Delhi, please help me and give your valuable advice.

Tnx......
