How to obtain more than one copy during registration of partion deed

When we register a partition deed of Immovable property in Sub Registers Office , how to obtain 3 copies signed and stamped by the Sub Register to distribute to all the 3 parties involved in the deal.

1.  Apply for Three Certified copies of the Registered document quoting the registration number and date.  This document is sufficient for all legal purposes.
