Dear Valuable Team,
We don't know that my Grand father had a land. The same is present in Joint Collector Adangal book as per survey made in 1975. On verification my father now confirming that they use to have land in that place.
It was occupied by some one.
Current Situation is as below:
- As per Joint Collector Records (Final Adangal Book page no 69-Survey made in 1975) Survey No 58 - 10.5 acres & 59 - 6.5acres belongs to my Grand Father.
- Now in Register office Survey No 58 have only 0.52 acres & survey no 59 tallyed. But, on another name
- We have to update the register office records
- We should get our Pattadar Pass Books & Title deeds
- We should have our pocession.
We were left with nothing except the hope of this asset. Please help us in this aspect by providing clarity how to go a head.
