I am looking for getting patta for my grama natham land. When I approached VAO and Tashildar, they told they can give patta only for 3 cents whereas my total extent is 40 cents. This property was purchased by my grandpa by executing sale deed in 1943. Property is in continuous possession and have property tax paid receipts, eb connection bill, house and vacant place.
Not sure but I heard, I heard there is one G.O. through which we can claim patta for entire property if we have all the valid docs like sale deed, property tax paid receipts and eb bills.
