File a suit against them.

if i file a suit, how long will it take for the final results to come out..

and will the result go in my favour...

You file a suit for eviction on the ground for default and another suit for your personal need. There is no other way to evict the tenants from the property except compromise.

IF TENANCY ACT IS IN OPERATION YOU WILL HAVE TO FILE A CASE FOR EVICTION ON THE GROUND OF PERSONAL NECESSITY, OTHERWISE YOU WILL HAVE TO FILE A SUIT FOR EVICTION IN THE COMPETENT CIVIL COURT
