My father left behind a property ( self made -1942 ) with a proper registered will (1968 ) .He has distributed whole building ( 3 storey) amongst 4 Sons and his wife ( our mother ) . No portion has been given to 3 daughters . Our mother has also expired now . she didn't made any will .Now I want to sell out my portion . Our property is in Jodhpur (Rajasthan ) .I would like to know the procedure to be followed and documents required to accomplish the deal .

If your father written a WILL , according to WILL, you have to register your portion of the property as per WILL and sell it.
