Hello friends,
I am fighting a case in consumer forum where I have not appointed any advocate and I am fighting myself. In the version filed by the opposite party the facts that are produced are totally contradicted in the affidavit filed by the opposite party. Now to make my case strong,
how should I approach further to make my case stronger?
Also, what action might the consumer forum take for this totally contradicting versions of the opposite party?
