Can any1 give details about how to effectively file complaint against a metropolitan magistrate (Lower Court) who is biased in giving judgement in favor of the accused and forces complainant to do settlement in section 138 cases.
Consequences to be suffered by complainant and by magistrate also of the filing complaint against magistrate.
