I would like to know that a case is under trails in the court since two years.
The case filed on the basis of forged promissory note .We stated the same in the arguments also now in this situation can we file a case against the person in police station for enquiry on the promissory note which is forged and submitted in the court. Still the matter is in the court. Can anyone suggest how to prove the note was forgery one and how I can get justice.
