An IAS officer investigated case of appointment on basis of fake document. He did verification and found certificate as fake but while giving final verdict he removed all those information and saved the candidate. I did my own enquiry and have all the document to show malpractice and corruption done by IAS. What should be done in this matter to expose him. I have written letter to vigilance and his senior but that letter will go to dustin only. Please advise.

File a complaint in the online portal of the Central Vigilance Commission with all such documents and also mark a copy to DOPT.. You must necessarily enclose such documents as a Committee decides on admission of complaints only on prima facie document evidence only.
