Can any member suggest how to remove corruption in Agricultural sectors? Agricultural sectors are mainly composed of farmers who are illeterate and they lack knowledge in organizing themselves, marketing, expansion of their field and farm etc through Govt support. What are the measures to overcome all such obstacles in Agri sectors? Suggestions will be highly appreciated.

A similar question I asked a few days back with one of my thick friends. He told me, it is quite simple. If you totally destroy the agriculture sector, then automatically the corruption in that sector also will vanish!

Dear Sir.R.Ramachandran, in my own experience corruption in this sector is the worst disease for this Nation. For example the chinese, Phillipianes, Brazil, Korea etc are fast catching up the developed Nation through their
land use, but despite the vast tract of land available in India with rich soil the farmers are living in pathetic conditions. So what is happening with the Govt of India. Govt of India should also reduce excise duty and advalorem on agricultural produce and its allied sector. Time has come for the educated person to get involved in agricultural sector and lead the farmers whose hard labors are harvested by unknown person who are foreign to the farm or field etc. This problems have to be viewed with all earnest by all right thinking Indian citizen.
