How to do it

Hi all Wife filed false dv and mc case with her family support.. Now hearing on this month.. She wants to come back against the will of their family.. She is ready to withdraw case And say in court it was false.but her father not allowing.. What is the procedure.. If written can it be given only through lawyers. Please advice

She can withdraw the case anytime, if she wish she can file affidavit stating that she is withdrawing the case or may say it orally, court will record her statement.

No need of lawyer
