MY brother had met to an accident last week & after the accident the other party harm the car badly. now police is not accepting the FIR & serveyer of the insurance company is not ready to pay for all loss. what should we do.

If the police is not receiving your FIR write to the SP of the area, you can send him the FIR by registered post also. If then also the FIR is not registered file an application under 156(3) before the CJM of the area.
