We have a trust registered under WB TR act & we are working with Govt. of West Bengal. The problem is that we have a word in our trust name that affect Emblem & Name Act 1950, from department of respective Govt. notice us to change the name, but I came to know from our district sub register who registered our trust that the change of name is not possible. please help me out with mentioned issue.
