How to adjudicate nri gpa in greater noida

I would like to know the process to adjudicate NRI GPA(attested/obtained from Indian embassy, UK) for the property based in Greater Noida, UP

After receipt in India, within 3 months the GPA executed out of India shall be validated by the Collector under Sec.18/19 of IS Act, 1899 i.e. District Registrar, Joint Collector or RDO. The agent may submit an application with the original GPA for validation.
