Please tell how much time can be allocated for a party in appeal of criminal conviction in districh court
Actually i am worried i have to touch all issues with supporting citations so this will need atleast 1-1.5 Hrs
Pls tell also how many max pages can be for written argument

there is no rules and regulation in this regards, it's depend on the advocate and facts of the cases, some advocate argue on the bases of facts and some argued the matter on basis of law or legal point alongwith citation.
