It depends on your paying capacity, lawyers expertise and the city the case is in.

No fixed formula.

There is no fixed cost - since this is most crucial for a person to secure bail and the lawyers know that they can charge high they ask more and you want to hire a good lawyer so it may cost depending on the lawyer you choose and the way you nagotiate.

There are also costs related to surety - I mean that if the bail is granted and says that the accused be released and need to provide two sureties amounting to Rs 50,000 then you would need to have two sureties who will need to provide their financial standing documents of the like amounts like Car /House ownership papers. In case the sureties dont have any financial documents then they may provide Bank FD's of like amount.

Dont worry..Your Bail Amount will not be as high as the Earstwhile MD of Mckinsey and Co. Rajat Gupta's which was USD 10M.

It's depend upon you , as to whom you appoint as lawyer in your case. If you appoint council then he will charge high price. there is no any fixed.
