I am facing 498a, DVC & crpc 125, my wife faked all the allegation and booked 8 of my family members.
she mentioned the date which is May 2015 in one of the incidents, do i still able to get CDR details of this date using crpc 91? or they are removed from the records of telcome provider?

There are TRAI guidelines to keep all CDR, but since when it came into effect, me forget. Plz check & confirm online. |

I did google for couple of hours and every one are talking about normal call details but not the call details with the location.
I didn't find any answer to that. By the way few days back the police investigated the Sheena-Bora case which has happened in 2012 i guess, but i read some where recently that the police investigated the CDR details or the accuses. so i guess they should have since then right?
