How common is the divorce law 10.7

My cousin has divorced her husband under 10. viii . She is getting ready for remarriage and most of the marriage proposals she is receiving after the divorce is mostly from men whose wife divorced under 10. viii. Is the  Dissolution of marriage clause 10. viii is very common or this is the  clause most of the women get divorce. My cousin is totally confused.
