We are going to registered housing society. We going with two tower individual society than after one apex society model. We have received name of society from registrar. Now we have received final docuement for registration of housing society. But in the some paper builder put blank word for area of builder construction. My question in that paper which area should mention wheather building constructed area or including all area like common area,garden area, club house.
Second one that our member seeking legal advice on all those issue but we have not fund. can we collect fund from flat owner before registration of society. At present society have proposed committee.
