Housing society conveyance

Hi,

I have a Falt in Boisar (Thane District).

When we purchased the Flat there were around 14 buildings in our compound.

This was way back in 2001. In 2005 all the members formed a housing society.

I here that there is some thing called conveyance. what is it exactly.

Now recently the builder has started building additional buildings in the same compound.

It is learnt that previously the FSI in our area was 0.5 and now it has increased to 1, so builder is taking advantage of this.

I need ur expert advice for knowing if we can stop the builder from doing this.

Also the new building is obstructing the view of our present building. what can we do legally to avoid this.

regards

Vishal
