i am tenate of house in mathikere. i am staying in past 1 year in same house. one month back (in June end) my company conveyed that ther are sending me to the USA for long term for the upcoming project. in that process
i told my owener that i am vacting house by Aug 1st week. Due to some delays in project my travel post poned to sep 30. in the mean while my owner has taken some advance form other tenate. two days back i went my owner and expalined the situvation about my travel delays. But my owner is not agreed about my situvation.
please provide some help about this issue. eventhough there is no fault between me and my owner.
Due to some delay i want to extend my stay up to sep month end. please let me know what i can do further.
