House rent

Dear All,

I just want a suitable solution of my query.

We have a house since 30-40 years. We have bought the house with a tenant with no agrenent.Now its been 40 years,with same situation,10 years ago we have given an offer that leave our house and we will give you money so that you can stay another rented house.They refused it and said they will not leave our house.we have  lodged a case against them but we cant see any progree in it.as we dont know much law about it.we are getting frustrated .

Aggrieved landlords can go to the rent controller for revising or fixing rents and both parties can appeal against any suit at the Land Tribunal in Salt Lake. So the draft law says nothing more exciting than what’s already there.”
