i am krishna.plz give me suggestions in my property matter.
I have 3 siblings. 2sisters and 1 brother.(both sisters are married in 1988 , 1989 (with dowry as "gold ornaments" for each) ). My father have a property of house in andhra pradesh, who was expired in 2001. my father got that property form his father by will. my mother also expired in 2013. my father did not write any will. still the property is on my father's name only.
The above said house has 2 portions. where me and my brother are staying in one portion each.after the death of my mother, both of my sisters are asking for share in that property.
my questions are
(1) do they have any share in that property ???
(2) how they will get their share even after their marriage with dowry.
