We have an independent house in Secunderabad but that house is in the name of my grandmother but my grandmother died almost 5 years ago. My grandmother has 5 children's i.e my dad, dad's brother and 3 sisters. So now we want to dismantle that house and want to construct new one. So can we construct that house in my grandmother's name.
