Hi,
My friend's father built up a house in Noida and he then he expired some years back. I recently saw the house papers and realized some papers are not complete.
1. The house is on power of attorney on his fathers name & also on his mothers name (separate POAs)
2. It has part completion ceritificate (though the house is completly built)
3. No property/house tax ever paid since past 15 years.
4. Temporary water connection till date
He wants to make everything complete. So please let me know the process and what needs to be done. I want to have your opinion before asking my friend to reach authority.
