1.hotel has old license but owner change, old owner canclled the license.new owner applied for his name for license but the problem is national highway authority of india give negative report for his noc.
2.for hotel license the noc for nhai is mandatory or not because the old license is isssued without the noc of nhai.
3.same place once license is issued. and business is running from 2004 to 20013.
4.how can i get license.
