I bought a land in gram panchayat (Lohegaon) 2 years back and now I want to construct a home on top of that.
Gram Panchayat has stopped giving approval since 2010.
I asked several home loan providers and per them, either it has be under Municipal Corporation or Town planning has be approved by Gram Panchayat.
The area is due to come under PMC in coming 2-3 months, however I would like to start construction before that since PMC will put lot of restrictions on the area I have to leave for construction of house.
My Property is in Lohegaon... Please guide.
