Home loan

I sold my flat to Mr B( Who has applied for home loan from IDBI, ambernath)


initialy they told me all is fine and the loan will be sanctioned but till now its not been done. Due to which i have been facing the heat


Later on they said, the legal dept has raised a query saying the first buyer registration receipt has gone missing.


so i was asked to file a affidavit with tahshildar office in ambernath, now they are saying we need to go into agreement with bank for which i have to pay (being a seller  ) for approx 25 thousand


and that too i have to pay the money to some advocate ( cheque should be in advocates name and not in favour of bank) 


it looks like a forgery case as bank is not ready to give me in written about what is missing ( not to me nor the person who is applying for loan)
note: I spoke to the person who bought this flat from the builder(1st buyer) and he said then 9year 2000) there were no computers andregistration receipt was hand written and not computerized which is nowadays with barcode


my question is why i was asked to file an affidavit for missing receipt


can someone tell me if my receipt is really missing ( registration is of year 2000)


pleas suggest something.
