I am given HMOP SR# after filing join petition for mutual consent dated 22-DEC-2022. They have not given Case number yet and hence I am unable to track the progress of the case online. I am unable to track the status of the case online as it is not listed yet. But First appearance before the judge is over and appeared for mediation also. Mediation report also sent to court directly by mediation cell. I would like to know at this stage has "first motion" got over? or still the case is in its initial stage only. Can someone help please?
