HMA

Husband filed a case under section 12 (a) of HINDU MARRIAGE Act, during the pendency of the case i moved an application under section 24 of HMA on behalf of wife. And application got decided. Now despite orders the husband is not paying maintainance and litigation expences. Can i move an application for saying the proceeding untill the payment. If yes under what provision? Kindly give citiation on this point. Thanks

Thanks sainath ji but i have already filed execution under section 28 a but there are citations which stays the proceedings or struck of tge defence. But i want to be clear on the point.
