Hindu succession amendment and daughter rights

Father (owner of ancestral property) died prior to 1995, as per Hindu succession amendment act 2005 and supreme court clarification on 2015 (Section-6). Does Daughter's have any right on ancestral property ??

Not partitioned as on date. Still property in expired father name.

In that case daughters will have equal rights

If property have partioned by father to his son without his deceased daughter share on dated 28-05-2015 then are is right to deceased dughter sons rights in property of grandfather property.(condition:- granfather are alive yet)
