Hindu succession act

1) When Hindu Succession Act came in effect where sons and daughters got the same right in the fathers property?

2) Any daughter who got married before this act came in effect can get share in the property?

Hindu succession Act was enforced in 1956 though the Hindu succession ( amendement) Act 2005 from which daughter as well as sons have equal right in coparacencry property. So any property devolves after 2005 have been divided among sons and daugthers equally. A daughter married before this amendment act have also equal right.
