Hindu succession act

Dear All,

In an ancestral/coparcenary  property,  wherein  Great grandfather (1) -> Grandfather (2) -> father (3) ->minor

son (4)  is a succession heirarchy.

(1) has not made any will of his property ,so (2) inherits the  coparcenary property.

Now (2) made a will in favour of  (3)   &  (3) sell the property  wherein (4) is a minor & maintainance litigation is

pending against (3) in family court.

Can (4) claim his share as of an ancestral property in lieu of abovementioned facts.
