Marriage in Arya Samaj Mandir is a valid marriage and is recognised as per indian law. When you marry under arya samaj, they provide you with a certificate. Though get your marriage registered with the registrar of marriages for more authentication and to rid away from any legal consequences, if any.

As advised by Rashmi, the marriage conducted according to Arya Samaj rites are lawful and the certificate issued by them is conclusive as they are designated under law to conduct and certify marriages. There is no necessity of registering the marriage again before the District Registrar of Marriages, what she suggests is only as a precautionary measure to be sure there is no problem while appearing before the Visa Officers.

Rashmi is right. But the clerity is, in other countries, authonticity of the marriage before registrar and therefore some times they made objection and you waste your time therefore it is advisable to register the same before registrar by showing your earlier certificate issued by Arya smaj.
