Highly educated

Hi all, I read in many post that highly educated wife is not eligible. What does this highly education mean in eyes of court. 1. Simple graduate will be consider as highly educated. Can she be denied for maintenance based on her qualification.

In to many cases in which wife is highly qualified like mba, mbbs, mca, msc, phd etc are capable to earn and maintenance herself, court had denyed to pay maintenance to them after saying qualified wife cannot sit idle and claim maintenance.
