Higher education along with job

I was a Academic Institution employee on adhoc basis. I was selected for appointment as a teacher in state govt College. I undergone the steps for employment and got the job. i have done regular B.Ed. Degree and job on Adhoc basis in same year.

After getting the appointment, department get a email from the unidentified person about the above condtion that i have done regular B.Ed. Degree and job in same year. So department is asking for the clarification that how did I complete my regular B.Ed. course when i was in employment.

Being into econimical crisis some how i managed to attended the clases as well as i did the job for getting the higher education. also there were no complusion from the employer about proceeding the higher education and got the verbal exemption from the B.ed institute to join the clases with minimum attendence requirement. as most of the lectures were free in between the college (employer) timing.

but now i am in a very hard position, what should i do? as the state govt college is asking for the written clarification.

Kindy help what can be the legal implications and how should i proceed for the same. so that my career should not be ruined.

You are liable for disciplinary action.---- your query also indicates that probably you did not attend BEd classes (mandatory) completed attendance with proxy and wrote the exam. If that is so your degree is liable to be cancelled.

deptt still has power to condone (or not condone) your lapse and to grant (or not grant) ex-post facto sanction. ------ You have no choice but to beg for mercy
