Hi,
I have bought BDA approved Site in bangalore from 2nd owner but I have not got NOC( No objection certificate) issued by society from 2nd owner. In fact NOC is never taken by 1st seller( He is the first allottee) from society
Now society demanding more money for issuing NOC so now I am the 3rd owner and do I really need NOC.
If yes, what complications I will face if I don't take from society?
Please suggest...
