Hi Sir, i have filed RCR CodeofCivilProcedure 9 for reunion with my husband. it has been more than 8 months. husband has not received the notices. judge has given 3 months time two times, and now given next date with in one month. i think my husband has moved out of the house from where he filed divorce case. what shall i do now? how long RCR will take? can judge order ex-parte next hearing? does this also follow same procedure like petitioner evidence, cross, arguments steps? will these skipped if my husband is not receiving notices. kindly help. thank you.
