Hi,
I am possibly facing a DV case/Maintainance battle in near future.For the same need some advice.My Wife is currently staying in the same house and is giving trouble to me and my parents.
I am owning a house jointly along with my father and want to follow this approach .Experts please provide your inputs.
1>.Relinquishment deed in favour of my father to transfer my share to him. 2>. Filing DV on her in the later stage along with the Divorce proceedings going on currently.
