Help needed

I got ex-parte Divorce as my wife didn't come to court for almost 3 years, Now my question is regarding what rights my ex-wife has in my property. I have multiple properties
1. Ancestoral property
2. Property I bought before marriage
3. Property I bought after my marriage
4. Property which I am planning to buy in few months.
 
My ex-wife lives in USA with my daughter, in case she comes to court what claims she can have....

1.    None as of now when you are staying alive!

2.    Better execute ex-party Divorce decree. Contact your advocate for the same.

Whats the procedure for this, My lawyer is not available thats why I am here, Please let me know. Also in ex-parte case do I have to wait to get remarried? If yes whats the time period?
