Help me urgent

Hi Friends,

I have purchased the property in the year 1988 from GPA holder (Un Registered ) and Property is Registered in my name.

From 1989 onwards in Encumbarance certificate my NAME is there and paying all the property tax.

In the registered deed they have mention they have given me all the photocopies of the property  (like mother deed plan layout and GPA copy)

Unfortunately i have not received the GPA COPY,  the original copy of GPA (unregistered) has submitted to the department of registration.

NOW THE GPA HOLDER OF THE PROPERTY AND OWNERS OF THE PROPERTY HAVE DIED.

NOw i want to sell the property but the BUYER is asking me GPA copy and it  is not there what is the remidy.

My Lawyer told me GPA is the Heart of the document.

If i does not take care some local gundas and rowdies are will create nuisance

How can i solve this case.

Please help me.

With Warm Regards

You should be able to get a copy of the GPA from the sub registrar office where the sale deed was registered.

Apply in Form 22 ......give all the details like registration number, date, party names, schedul of property etc so they can search faster.
